Take your cooking to a whole new level
Even more powerful: the PowerBoost function in induction hobs adds additional power to speed up the cooking process. For example, it is now possible to boil 2 liters of water almost three times faster than traditional glass ceramic hobs.
Memorize your cooking settings
The hob, before being switched off, stores the selected cooking settings. So when it is turned on again you can start cooking again without having to set the power and timer.
Power
Induction hobs generate heat only where it is needed, i.e. at the base of the pan. The advantage? Greater safety avoiding the risk of burns. Furthermore, induction hobs are quicker in bringing pots or pans to temperature. For example, two liters of water boil up to 3 times faster than a gas hob, saving time and energy.
PerfectFry function: control and precision at the service of always perfect cooking
During frying, temperature control is essential. Too high and it will cook even the best steak too quickly causing it to burn. For perfect cooking of your dish, choose from four power levels. The PerfectFry sensor will continuously adjust the temperature during cooking, adjusting it if necessary.
